Hi everyone... i had a serius crash of my server but, fortunately, i recovered some kerio connct folders.

Now Kerio connect was reinstalled on another server, imported users list (from an export of some days ago), recovered folder "mail" in the store... but how can i reconnect users with their messages????

Thanks
Andrew

I haven't done this, but I think...
If all of your users folders are setup on the new server, you should be able to stop Connect, copy the old folders in to the new ones, access the user's directory from the server in /store/mail/domain/user/folder_name/, in this directory you will find the index.fld file. Rename this file to index.bad. Restart Connect and it should reindex the user's folder.

You may want to try this with one user first before doing them all. There will be a short time required for the server to rebuild the index.

have you tried checking the webmail?

I think you can ask a user to login to webmail then ask her/him whether all his/her emails are there?

if you have a recent backup you can recover it on the new server.

Then since you are able to copy the mail store, you can overwrite it with the recent store.

or check out this link on how to transfer Kerio to another server:
