We had a user who had a name change from rmcdaniel to rpemberton. We created a new mailbox for them (rpemberton), had them start using it, then we deleted the old mailbox (rmcdaniel)and used the option to move the existing messages to the new mailbox.

The user didn't like all the rmcdaniel folders that we moved so they deleted the folders and the contents of the folders. This crashed the Kerio connect server. I figured it was a one off type thing. I started the service back up via the taskbar and it worked just fine for a while.

A note about this user-- This user doesn't keep any messages. No folders, nothing in their inbox. They clean sent messages too. In fact, right now they are at 0 used space.

Now we have noticed that anytime this user deletes the contents of a folder by right clicking "delete all messages", and only WHEN THEY HAVE NO OTHERS MESSAGES STORED ANYWHERE (important distinction), it crashes the server. It is repeatable and confirmable.

Here is a sampling of logs that occur, with the company name changed:

I didn't have this issue before the user changed accounts and we did the file/folder copy option, so I am thinking it is related to that action, but other than purging their account and creating a brand new account, I do not know what else to try. All they would lose is their contacts, so if forced to do so I will do it, but if this was any other user who kept emails, that resolution wouldn't work.
