Hi, new variants of Cryptolocker are very dangerous and antivirus, including Sophos, can not always stop them.
I would like to share with you some tips to curb or limit this infection, with Kerio Control.

For example... using Web filter will stop the connection when downloading encryption key from virus website. I believe no, because the last website who infect us was: "http:\\sda24-dot-org" (please take attention to this link).
Kerio Web filter declares this site as search engine.

Another technique could be, in "content filter" to add rule "block executables group", will this prevent to download the cryptolocker .exe ?? And wich collateral effect may cause this setting? Ex. no more download device drivers...etc..etc..

So, Please contribute with your experience.
Thanks.
