Kerio 8.4 WinSrvr 2K3,
Kerio Connect Client/Outlook 2010

Yesterday at about 12pm a single user reported sent mail was no longer being recorded in the sent folder. 24 hours have gone by and no messages have been added to the their sent folder both in webmail, at the server, or in Outlook client, but mail was definitely sent from their account. They sent mail to other users within the company as a test, and I can see those messages.

I immediately went on to their webmail and sent a test message, it now shows up in the sent folder, and correctly syncs to the Outlook client's sent folder. I then sent a test message from within their Outlook client, and it too showed up in their sent folder now.

I dont' think a re-index will help since I checked the #msgs folder and there are no messages there since the time reported. No other user had this issue.

I finally found the sent mail. I don't know how they got there, but there was a previous user's mail account that was deleted and their mailbox was put into this user's box. So, their sent mail was being put into the "Old-Mailbox Olduser/Sent" folder??? How is this possible?

"was deleted and their mailbox was put into this user's box" means by deleting the user and let server move data to another mailbox or some other action?
