Hello everybody,

I have a strange behavior with Kerio Connect 8.4.1 (3789) running on a Windows Server 2003, x86:

The pop3 download process, which is fetching mail from external server runs every 5 minutes, but sometimes is stucking.

[26/Feb/2015 11:35:45][4308] {pop3c} Processing account 'account@domain.com' on 'pop3.domain.com' >> account<_at_>domain.com.
[26/Feb/2015 11:40:01][4696] {pop3c} Receiving mail from POP3 accounts...
[26/Feb/2015 11:40:01][4696] {pop3c} Receiving already in progress.
[26/Feb/2015 11:45:09][3948] {pop3c} Receiving mail from POP3 accounts...
[26/Feb/2015 11:45:09][3948] {pop3c} Receiving already in progress.
[26/Feb/2015 11:45:45][4308] {pop3c} Connection to server pop3.domain.com lost: connection closed by remote server.
[26/Feb/2015 11:45:45][4308] {pop3c} Processing account 'account2@domain.com' on 'pop3.domain.com' >> account2<_at_>domain.com.

The process then unlocks itself after 10 minutes.
Can I change this time set? Why this process stucking?

Sorry for my bad english Embarassed

Patrick
