Hi I've been playing around with different ways of auto setting up accounts.

In the past I have used Kerio Setup assistant which is fine but its an extra step when setting up an account.

I tried using Apple profile manager to configure Exchange Accounts, which worked but has some strange behaviour, for instance on Macs running OS X 10.8 their mail became erratic, deleting all emails and reimporting them everytime an email was deleted, also send emails weren't showing up until you quit mail and reopen.

The third option would be using Profile Manager and setting up as IMAP, Carddav and caldav, but I think if you do it that way you only get fetch rather than push.

So is the only way to setup push email to use Kerio's setup assistant?
