One of our customers is planning a domain change according to this KB: http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configurati on/domains/renaming-domains-in-kerio-connect-1122.html

After the domain name has been changed, we have to delete the KOFF cache / rebuild the profile as explained in this KB: http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/email-clients/keri o-outlook-connector/koff-profile-rebuild-1283.html

Are there any other ways to rebuild the profile?

- command line utility (so we could include in login script)
- delete/modify certain files on the local PC
- from the Kerio administration GUI (pretty sure this is not available but still asking)

I'm searching for a more efficient way than doing this manually on 200 PC's. All suggestions welcome !

Thanks!

I believe you could do this with a logon script assuming you have AD integration (otherwise you're going to need to supply passwords and maybe logins)
if "%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%"=="AMD64" goto 64
if "%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%"=="x86" goto 86

:64
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Kerio\Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)\PROFILECREATOR.exe" /profile=Kerio /host=your.mailserver.com /spa /rename
goto END

:86
"C:\Program Files\Kerio\Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)\PROFILECREATOR.exe" /profile=Kerio /host=your.mailserver.com /spa /rename
goto END

:END
exit

At a command prompt you can find all of the available switches using /?

Thanks. There is no option to rebuild the cache of the profile.

Also I think there is no way to remove profiles and create a new (that would also be an option):

PROFILECREATOR /profile=<profile> /host=<host> /spa [/port=<port>]
    [/tlimit=<tlimit>] [/quiet] [/nossl] [/nocompression] [/offline] [/rename]

help Display this help.
profile Name of MAPI profile to be created (compound name has to be
                  enclosed in quotation marks)
host Name of Kerio Connect
user Login name of Kerio Connect account
password Password of Kerio Connect account
port Number of http port
tlimit Time limit of http connection
quiet Suppress any reports to console.
nossl Disable secure connection (SSL).
nocompression Disable compression of http data.
offline Don't communicate with Kerio Connect during profile
creation. Only partial configuration will be done.
rename Use alternate name if profile already exists.
nosavepass Disable to save password into profile.
spa Use secure password authentication method.

Any other ideas?

*edit*
I opened a case with support. They confirmed there are no (un)documented ways to clear the cache/rebuild the profile centrally, not on the roadmap either. Ideas are still welcome.

The batch file above should do what you need.
If a profile called Kerio already exists then it should create a new one anyway with a different name. If you specify a different name in the batch file it will create a new profile and use it by default.
I've not tried this with a domain name change but you could always delete the existing profile before the above runs.
