Hello,
we using Kerio with Outlook + Connector and some users have a Android Mobile (Samsung Galaxy S3/S4) or a iPhone.

I need a Mail Signature only! for the mobile devices, is there a way Kerio can handle it?

Thx
Jambo

There's no way to restrict it from the server. This is a user training issue. Train users to NOT create signatures on Outlook and to only create a signature on their mobile device.

Alternatively, you could create a standardized Domain Footer so that the signature is consistent with all users regardless of platform (accompany that with a training directive to not use a signature at all as the domain footer will replace it.)

We use CI-Sign for Outlook to create different Signatures depending on the department. So a Domain Footer don´t work for me.

Domain Footers are a little useless cause they are always at the bottom of a mail.

Would be a nice feature if Kerio could look into a mail and replace a keyword with a signature.
