Is it possible to redirect the user to the login page, if the user is trying to open the page on non standard http port (eg 10000)?

Thank you in advance and best regards.

Yes, you need to enable HTTP protocol inspection on port 10000. Note that this will assume all communication over port 10000 will be HTTP. Refer to the example in the following KB article http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-control/server-configurati on-kerio-control/using-services-1353.html
