Kerio version: Version 8.4.2 - March 10, 2015
Where: in both, the new and old version of Kerio connect client (webmail)

Question:
The results when searching the deleted items folder are incomplete.
When searching another folder they are.
Also happens for other users.

What have i tried:
I have reindexed the entire mailbox and the specific folder on the server.
Updated Kerio to the version as described above.

Ofcourse I know that the deleted items folder is not ment as an archiving location.
But does anyone know if this is a known issue, or know a fix?
I have a user that really wants it to work, since he believes it always worked before. Sad

Thank you!

Jack

Hello Jack,

Have you got your Full text search enabled? -> Configuration -> Advanced Options -> Store directory.

If so maybe rebuilding indexes from there might help...

All the best,

Jonas
