Our client has a number of Iphones running Kerio Operator Softphone. This works well normally when the users are connecting over 3G. It also works fine with most wifi connections. However we have identified two places where there are problems over wifi, one where there is an inability to register the phone at all and one where the phones registers but there is no sound. These are probably firewall setting problems but it would be useful to know what Kerio operator softphone needs to work properly from remote networks in terms of port access please.

Hi,

the application needs access to TCP/443 for provisioning (login & configuration). Secure SIP must be reachable on port TCP/5061. Audio is transmitted on UDP ports 10000-19999. The range can be customized on the Network screen. The ports don't have to be necessarily forwarded to Operator, but it behaves better when they are.

Hi!

Try to forward UDP 10000-19999 to Operator first.
It helps me in same situation...
