We have a problem with replying mail received from a specific email address from outside our organisation. This issue only occurs on Apple devices (in this case iPad mini with ios 8.2 and connecting through active-sync)
When I send a new mail from the ipad everything is fine and the mail is delivered without problems.
Replying the mails from webmail or an windows computer with Outlook is also going the way it should be.
I already tried to disable the spam filter on our Kerio Connect machine but this makes no difference and since the new mails and replys from other devices (and to other addresses on the ipad!) are working properly I don't think my smart-host is refusing the mail...
Does anyone have any ideas?
This is what is showing up in the messaging log:

Yes, it does. The error message is generated by the remote host. And if "smtp.ourisp.nl" is your smarthost, then your smarthosts spamfilter refuses the mail. You should contact your smarthost provider.
