If you add a domain and set it up to map users from directory service. and something goes wrong. when trying yo login into administration it claims to "failed to get LDAP user count" and log in to administration STALLES there.

Hello Cali,

If you try to login using a admin account from the directory service domain, yes it won't work.That's correct.

You need to use an admin account local in Kerio Connect. If you don't have a local account in Kerio Connect, you can also enable the built-in admin under Configuration -> Administration settings.

With the admin account from kerio, it doesn't let yoy contunue.

I had to reverse to a bakcked up mail server config file

Can you please explain what you mean by "it doesn't let yoy contunue."?

If you enable the built-in admin account it should work for you, not sure where you are stuck?
