I've implemented Custom footers which are added to the email that are being sent. But for certain people I have Digital Signatures / Certs assigned. When such people send emails out, their emails don't have the Custom footer added.

Is there a work around for this?, I want all emails being sent should have a specific type of signature added to it. How to get it for the people who have digital signature added to their id.

Digitally signed or encrypted messages cannot be modified by the server. Any modification will render the message as tampered and untrusted. Therefore server does not add domain footers to messages digitally signed or encrypted by sending client. Although there is an option to add the footer as a separate email part, most of email clients will not show it anyway so it is not an useful option.

Email footer needs to be added by the sending email client when composing the message.
