Is there a way for a LDAP query to pull a list of email accounts and addresses from a Connect server? We use Sonicwall AntiSPAM and it queries LDAP for users, this in turn is used to block DHA type email blasts and saves bandwidth by not forwarding emails to address that do not exist on the Connect server.

Hi Ntstech,

The Kerio LDAP server is only intended for contact searches and will only return the full name and email address. So for example you could use an LDAP string like:

fn=ContactRoot

Then the connection can query email address via that string above, which should give you access to the public contacts folder. You can give that a try but the Kerio LDAP is very basic.

All the best,
Vicky

OK, I think I can make that work. Really just needing username to email address mapping for some of the smaller domains that don't have Active Directory.
