Hi, i've always had a user named Admin. it is the administrator, but it's also a regular user with a mailbox, etc. I have no use for the mailbox, but that's just the way it currently is.

I'm out of user licenses, so i want to change the Admin account into just the admin, with no mailbox, so he does not waste a license.

Please see the attached message i get when i try to turn on the internal admin account. I don't quite understand the consequences of agreeing to it.

I don't care about the mailbox for the existing Admin account - i just want to make sure i'm not creating a problem by agreeing to this.

thanks.

It means that when you login to the administration with "Admin" Kerio Connect assumes you are authenticating as the new administrator account, not the mailbox admin account. You can click ok and then log back in using your new admin password (if you made it different from your admin mailbox password). Then you can remove your admin mailbox user to free up a license.
