The rent server is going to be expired, so I will rend another one these two days.

The old server is running kerio connect 7.0.1, I want to upgrade to 8.4.1.

How can I fulfill the work?

If I copy users.cfg,\mailserver.cfg\store folder to the newly installed 8.4.1, can it work?
Or

I need to install some middle versions?

Thank you all.

Thanks for your kind reply.

I am using 7.0.1.

Is that to say, I can copy users\mailserver\store directly to newly installed 8.4.1?

I tried to do this, but the server can't start again.

Should all this be done before I start up after installation?

Thank you!

The store contains only data, you need also configuration files, AV/antispam databases, certificates, license files...

You should contact our Technical Support or see Knowledge Base for related articles.
Generally: make a full backup in webadmin, move the .zip file(s) to new machine and use "kmsrecover" utility.
