Is there any sign of a change of font in the email footer coming along soon or has anyone got a hack for this? Right now I am having to manually generate and add 80 odd email footers for a client because they categorically will not have Arial for the font!

Thanks

I assume you're talking about the Kerio Connect Webmail Client's WYSIWYG editor?

It does support HTML. My advice would be to create the HTML (toggle to HTML by hitting the </> icon) one time with the font, logos, and corporate/personal details as specified by your client's branding guidelines. Then, distribute the HTML to your 80 users, instructing them to paste in the HTML, then toggle back to WYSIWYG, and modify their personal details. You could also use one of the many 3rd party HTML signature creation tools available to do this a lot more quickly.

For example, our Kerio signature template is:

<div>--&nbsp;</div> <div id="sig" style="width: 100.0%;line-height: 15.0pt;margin: 6.0px 0.0px;font-family: Calibri , Verdana , Tahoma , Arial;font-size: 12.0pt;color: rgb(97,100,104);white-space: nowrap;"><strong>First Last</strong><br> <font style="font-style: italic;"><i>Job Title</i></font> | Kerio<br> <div id="sig_base" style="overflow: hidden;width: 100.0%;line-height: 15.0pt;margin: 6.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;padding: 0.0px;font-family: Calibri , Verdana , Tahoma , Arial;font-size: 12.0pt;color: rgb(97,100,104);white-space: nowrap;"> <div style="background-image: url(http://info.kerio.com/rs/kerio/images/kerio.png);background-repeat: no-repeat;width: 150.0px;height: 44.0px;"><img src="http://info.kerio.com/rs/kerio/images/kerio.png"></div> <div>111 N. Market St, 6th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113</div> <div>P +1 nnn-nnn-nnnn &nbsp; M +1 nnn-nnn-nnnn</div> <div><a href="https://twitter.com/keriotech" style="color: rgb(107,152,191);">Twitter</a> | <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/kerio-technologies" style="color: rgb(107,152,191);">LinkedIn</a> | <a href="https://www.facebook.com/keriotech" style="color: rgb(107,152,191);">Facebook</a></div> </div> </div>

Hi,

Sorry, I mean in the domain footer. I want a single footer for the entire organisation whether they use Connect Client, Outlook or Smartphone.

For some reason the Admin footer setup doesn't give the possibility of using html or conversely changing the font. I need Century Gothic.

Thanks

Thanks for clarifying. I think a feature request may be appropriate (use the "Suggest Idea" button from the Admin Dashboard). There are a number of similar suggestions that have been tagged as "complete" because the general feature request was for the HTML domain-level footer.

Your suggestion is more of an enhancement to support additional fonts and/or view/edit the source HTML while still preserving the merge-field functionality.
