Hi,

I have a general question about Kerio Operator,

Looking at how Provisioning works from the backend I can see the dnsmasq service leases ip and has option 66 set to direct phone to a tftp location.

From here the script /opt/kerio/operator/lib/provisioning/prov-open-wrapper is invoked which calls a library file. /opt/kerio/operator/lib/provisioning/prov-generate-wrapper

I can see from the /opt/kerio/operator/bin/prov-dump script that there is a database table of all the phones, my question is how does the system know which phone is connecting to the server to send out the provisioning files and how does it detect new phones from old phones?

Thanks

Ananth

Hi,
e.g. from headers which phone client sends or from filename syntax which phone requests...
