We're trying to setup link from new Yelling T48G to our Kerio Connect client. We used the setup wizard within Operator for this but are seeing the below error when we try to browse contacts from the phone..

Is there something else we need to configure on the 2 clients?

Note: actual user is replaced .. user<_at_>domain.co.nz

Hi Alain,

Is there a reliable network connection between Operator and Connect?

Yes, they are in the same cluster, no issues with voicemail integration between the 2. thanks.

It looks like your Connect is configured to request secure connections only (SASL or SSL).

However Connect's LDAP cannot do SASL, so you need to use an LDAP configuration for the phones that either uses LDAPS to port 636 or LDAP with STARTTLS on port 386.
