Hello All,

I've got this client which is using Outlook 2010 for his private mail (SMTP/POP3). Now he is using a Kerio Connect account with Kerio Offline Connector for his business e-mail. When he sends a business e-mail with the Kerio account, the sent message is put in the sent messages folder of his private POP account, in contrary to the sent items of the Kerio account which is normally the case.

Any suggestions please?

Best, Corné.

Have you checked that the KOFF account is set as default storage location?

Assuming Win 7->Control Panel->Email->Email-Accounts->Storage Location

Karsten, thanks for your reply. I will try this. Don't you think that this change will effect the other mailboxes' behavior?

Thx, Corné.

You can specify the behaviour for the POP3 in the account settings of itself, i.e. where sent mails/deleted mails will be stored on the server, there should be a tab where you can configure it. It have a setup like this running, with multiple POP3 accounts and one KOFF account, setting KOFF account as default storage location did the trick:-)

With kind regards.
