if the user read the installing certificate message, then choose to NOT install the certificate by mistake. or just he didn't know what is this all about, and choose the easy way to continue to his site.. the message never show again..
what if he or me as administrator want to show this message again for him, so he can install the certificate this time..
what I need to do?? cleaning cookies of his browser doesn't do the job,
even using another browser doesn't make the install certificate message to show again!!
something stored at Kerio machine about this particular User/IP/MAC tilling kerio to not show the message again..
how to fix this???
if the user install the certificate successfully, then close his browser and re-open it, the certificate message show up again, asking the user to chose to install or continue
this time he must press continue without re-installing the certificate!!
I see this can trick users, making them think that there's something wrong with first installation of the certificate, and that Kerio need him to install it again, while it's already installed , and all is fine..
1- the second time to show the same message is not needed
2- or at least it should be another message telling the user that certificate is installed successfully,, and byebye with a good luck
the clients/users are dumb enough for these "one Decision" step, or asking him what to do, where's there nothing to do and the process is already done successfully !

If they did not install the certificate the first time, they can go to the firewall login page. At the bottom is a link to install the certificate. Regarding the other comment, you should not be asked again to install the certificate. Perhaps your browser does not save cookies.
