Kerio has been working without issue, now after the update to the latest version I'm getting failure to list user message.

Checked my OD and it seems to be fine, checked my Directory settings in Kerio, they are still correct but when I click test connection I get a message saying insufficient Access

Please Help!

Along with the Kerio Connect update, did you also install the latest Open Directory Extension? Also what version of OS X are you running?

Yes I re-installed the OD Extensions

Issue was on OS X 10.10.2 so I updated to 10.10.3 but that didn't make any difference

Seems this is down to a faulty OD, although it was still authenticating for users I was unable to add new users and the diradmin password was not being recognised

You should definitely get OD cleaned up before you try to tie it into Kerio Connect. On the OS X servers that I run that have Kerio Connect installed, I also setup an SSL certificate in OS X server so that I can setup Kerio Connect to connect to OD securely using LDAPS.
