See topic - Digium cards are very expensive IMHO - anyone successfully deployed other analog/BRI cards?

It's just Digium cards in Operator versions up to 2.3.X. We have an experimental support for Allo BRI card in 2.4.0 Beta 1.

Thanks Vladimir - does that mean that other cards will NOT work, or that you simply dont offer support for them?

The alternative cards usually require modified DAHDI drivers. So far, we have only included such modifications for the Allo (starting with 2.4.0 Beta 1). With 99% probability, other cards will not work.

Hi, there are many cards that are Asterisk compatible, why should not it work with Operator ???

If we are talking about a clone of a digium card then it may work. If a card requires modified dahdi drivers, then it probably won't be detected by Operator.

Operator 2.4.0 uses DAHDI drivers version 2.10.0.1 patched to support Allo 2/4 port BRI cards.
