Kerio,

a few days back we had several calls that ended halfway,
in the log files i found the following.
i was wondering if you had any idea what caused this and what i can do to prevent it.

Hi,

some of the SIP packets got lost. This is usually caused by a firewall/gateway dropping packets or a misconfigured Operator. Check that Operator is configured with the correct public address. Disable any SIP "helpers" on your gateway.

The modem is not necessary faulty, it may just be incorrectly configured. We would need to see a packet dump, etc. to identify the issue. That's why I advised you to contact the support team.

we where planning on placing another modem already,
we are gonna place a modem thats more reliable/configurable then the current one.
