I am renewing a certificate and the provider needs my Certificate Signing Request. I'd prefer to use the same CSR I did last year in following the official instructions for renewal at:
http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configurati on/ssl-certificates/how-do-i-renew-an-expired-ssl-certificat e-230.html

Those instructions are for expired certs, which mine is not yet, but I'd like to re-use the CSR so I can follow those instructions. Where is it?

I've looked around /usr/local/kerio/mailserver/ and while I can find all the public and private keys, certificates, etc, I cannot find the original CSR.

Please help - even if it's just to say "sorry, new CSRs are required for those too shortsighted to back up their submitted CSRs!"

You have to create a new CSR. It is not possible to re-use the CSR you have created a year ago.

Well in general terms that's absolutely false, I do it all the time. For KC you seem to be correct if the CSR isn't saved prior to importing the cert.
