Currently the only way - for webmail - to know if there's new mail arrived in your inbox is to regularly switch to the webmail window.

Isn't it possible to add some kind of notification system, like a popup or system tray icon which informs you about new messages ?

We use this FREE email notifier. It has a clean interface, lots of options and works like its suppose to. Also it does not install anything to your registry. You can copy the its directory to another computer and only need to change the user name and password.

thanx, I'll try it out as soon as possible.
It may be a nice workaround until such functionality will be built into the webmail client itself.
