Hi guys,

i would like to know if someone have the same error as i described below:

When a customer with outlook 2010 or 2013 with KOFF installed try to open an attachment in a old email ( 1 month ago or oldest ), outlook popup a message "Wait for the download of the attachment".

But in the KOFF Account option I had setup 180 days for attachment.

It's seems Outlook try to download the attachment from the server also if the attachment is already downloaded.

Thanks everybody for your help.

This may happen if the message arrives to a folder that does not synchronize whole messages.

You may change folder synchronization settings when you right-click on a folder name -> Properties -> Folder Synchronization tab. Change of this setting affects only future future messages arriving to the folder.

You can also re-download entire messages to the KOFF cache, see http://forums.kerio.com/mv/msg/28989/120512/#msg_120512 .
