I have one user who is experiencing disconnecting from the Kerio server. He is getting this error: The RPC server is unavailable.

The pc is a Windows 7 64 bit using Outlook 2007 with Kerio Connect Version 8.4.0.

I have error message from the event viewer of the pc and I have some info from the debug log. I will attach.

I found only post with the error we are getting, with no resolution.

Thanks.

Please contact our support team. It seems the outlook connector is crashing for some reason and the support team will need to evaluate the crash file. You might also evaluate any 3rd party plugins or AV software. Usually if the outlook connector is experiencing regular crashes, it is caused by conflicting software installed into Outlook.

Thanks for responding. I looked at the 3rd party plug ins and the only one is Vipre (AV software). This is running on about 10 other pc's of the same OS/Office version. All have no issues. I have attached clip of add ins area if it helps.
