We have a client who have a few different remote sites and have a phones connected to a central Kerio Operator box. We use Night mode at the main site, but want to be able to have a separate night mode for the other sites, e.g. the main site might activate their night mode at 5pm but one of the remote sites wants to continue to receive calls for a few more hours.

The times that staff are at each site is too unpredictable to use set time conditions.

What about Call Queue with:
- dynamic agents (they can log in/out by dialing so,e number
- disabled call in if there no agents

Your people cal log in when then come in work and log out when leave...

OR

As Ken (ksnyder) tell: use various IVR with (various) day/night switches defined in PBX Services section.

Martin
