It would help to know a bit about your environment.

If you are using Linux on any of the servers in your environment, it's simply a matter of enabling the syslog daemon. If you have Windows servers, Solar Winds software has a capable syslog service software available in free and for-pay versions. One you have a syslog server set up, simply follow the documentation in the link provided in your other thread.
