Hi,

Operator never reboots by itself. The restart may be caused by many factors, e.g. human interaction, power fluctuation, hardware failure.

Filip,

any way of finding out what the cause was?

i can rule out human interaction,
i know the people at that location and they wont touch the kerio without contacting me.

anyway of checking the hardware?
and from ur awnser can i ruleout OS crashes?

power fluctuations can be, though i dont hear them about other hardware problems and the modem that is connected on the same power outlet didnt go down.

The debug log doesn't help much, perhaps other logs will. Can you please send a support info file to fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com. (Click on a link at the bottom of the System Health screen).
