A number of our guys have been using Outlook on their iPhones. It was working fine until we installed the 8.4.3 update. All was fine on 8.4.2.
Is this a known issue and if so, is there a time frame to get it fixed?

We are not aware of any problem related to 8.4.3 update.
I would recommend to follow standard troubleshooting steps and enable ActiveSync debug messages in the debug log to see if Amazon servers hosting your mailbox data for Outlook client do connect to Kerio Connect server.

Adding my voice to this thread. Three of our C-level execs were not happy that their email stopped syncing to Outlook for iOS after I updated the server to 8.4.3. I wish there was a way to back off updates for situations like this.

(Fortunately the stock Apple Mail app on the phones still works and it was a simple change, but some have grown accustomed to Outlook's features. And yes, we know about the Amazon-hosted password-caching setup.)

So now you're aware there is a problem.

There is only one small change in Exchange Web Services protocol support between versions 8.4.2 and 8.4.3. No change related to Exchange ActiveSync. We tested version 8.4.3 and it works fine with Outlook application.

Unfortunately, we have no logs or details about these reports so it is difficult to help.
