i try with TLS and without, same problem.

And Ruby Script (Redmine)

delivery_method: :smtp
enable_starttls_auto: True
address: mail.truc.com
port: 25
domain: truc.com
authentication: :login
user_name: "login"
password: "password"

there is nothing in the logs but if i take "enable_starttls_auto: False" it's ok Confused

[13/May/2015 11:04:01] Failed SMTP login from x.x.x.x with SASL method CRAM-MD5.

On Kerio Connect in "Security" i have activate CRAM-MD5 / DIGEST-MD5 / LOGIN / PLAIN and "Need crypted connection", i have test with "Need authentificated connection" or "nothing" and always same.

It's essential for me that I can create users to provide SMTP access, can you help me ?

Is the user you use in login credentials from a local user database or from an external directory service? In case of directory service only LOGIN and PLAIN methods can be used for user authentication. This is also valid if the user password is stored in SHA format.
