I'm planning to move Kerio Connect (v 8.4.3, 32b) from Windows Server 2012 (in time of installation, there was only 32b version of Kerio Connect for Windows Server 2012) to CentOS 7.

I found articles about how to properly edit config files, how and where move store directory. My biggest worry is about client configuration. There is ~110 users who use this server (mostly MS Outlook with KOFF and mobile devices - ActiveSync). Windows Server will be moved offline and new CentOS server will have the same DNS name as former Windows.

My questions:
1) Is there any problem with moving Connect from 32b version to 64b version?
2) Is moving seamless for end users (no reconfiguring accounts in Outlook, etc.)?
3) Are there any other problems? Smile

Thank you for your advices Smile

I did the same migration some month ago. From Windows Server 32bit to Ubuntu 14LTS 64bit.

There are several documentation from Kerio, how to copy the settings and data from the old server to the new one.
My new server has the same name / IP, so no changes needed on client side. They did not recognized the migration at all.

We have moved from windows to debian a while ago following the kb referred from kerio. It worked like a charm and we have not regretted the move since... The mail server runs a lot more stable since then!
Best move ever!
