I am not a Developer, nor am I an IT employee or consultant, for the past 15 years I have been an end user of Lotus Notes/Outlook and now Kerio Connect calendar applications. As an executive assistant to CEO's, this calendar function is about 80% of my position and I'm quite sure I'm not alone with other executive assistants out there.
I am still using the OLD WEBMAIL version of Kerio Connect as it has the WEEKLY VIEW IN LANDSCAPE. May I say that this view is similar to Lotus Notes, in that, when perusing the week for a specific meeting, spotting availability and most importantly not having to scroll up or down / left or right to access the full week is a huge time saver and logical.
The new webmail version has been changed to a portrait view and if you have many entries for one day (which we always do) it may only show one day on your screen, you would then have to scroll up or down to see the rest of the week. If you are using this application for one or two entries per day then great, but not in the world of a busy CEO.
I can only imagine that a developer and NOT an end user recommended this change. All EA's out there, if you use Kerio Connect, let's band together to change the new version back to WEEKLY VIEW - LANDSCAPE !!!!
