Hey,

i deleted user X an move his inbox to user Y.

The deleted Mailbox is now visible in Outlook 2013 from user Y as "Deleted mailbox - x<_at_>x.de" - but the folder is empty.

In the Kerio Connect Client i can see under "Deleted mailbox -..." the folder "Inbox".
But if i want to open, i receive the Message "Folder from GUID keriostorage://folder/..... does not exists".

If i change from Kerio Connect Client to WebMail, everything works fine and i can open the Inbox with all Messages.

Can someone help?

Thanks

Howare

This is not a typical issue. There may be a corrupt file or bug in the feature. Please contact our technical support as they will need to review the logs from the Kerio Outlook Connector.
