I am trying to get orderly stats to work with our Kerio Operator box but every time I make the changes needed to /etc/asterisk/manager.conf they are undone on the next reboot and set back to default. I've also tried to change the /etc/asterisk/manager.conf.save with the changes we need, but this hasn't made a difference. I'm doing this using Putty and logging on with root.

Thanks

You need to create a server AMI account on the Integration screen - see http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/crm-integration-d esktop-dialers/crm-integration-using-the-ami-963.html (How to connect a server (CRM system) with Kerio Operator)
