hello all, I was wondering if it was possible to limit my network from certain protocols/programs at certain times of the day. I would like to use AIM but I dont want everyone else using it untill the work day is done. I was wondering how I could do that either with KWR or any other program out there..

You can specify a period of the day / week on which a traffic rule is valid. The helpfile says:

Valid on
Time interval within which the rule will be valid. Apart from this interval WinRoute ignores the rule.

The special always option can be used to disable the time limitation (it is not displayed in the Traffic Policy dialog).
