For some reason starting yesterday when the message light is red (denoting there is a new message) the message button can no longer dials ext 50. When pressed our phones display "Not Found" 50.

We can however dial ext 50 and get messages. The message button also works as normal when there are no new messages?

Snom 821 updated to to try and fix problem.
System version 2.4.0 build 4473 also just updated trying to fix the problem.

Function key is set to KeyEvent/Retrieve

Any advice? Thanks?

Also, not as pressing but it did seem to stop working at the same time.

We have a Snom 320 with the expansion side board, the side board will no longer dial extensions.

May be related?

I think it is related to http://forums.kerio.com/mv/msg/29292/121627/

It will be fixed in 2.4.1.

Hi, to fix Snom 320 issues try to follow next few steps:

1. Go to Phones->Advanced->Template Overrides
2. Locate Snom 3xx,7xx main configuration file
3. Find line
user_dp_str{$i}$: {$DIALPLAN}

4. Replace it with
user_dp_str{$i}$: !^sip:(.+)$|^(.+)$!sip:\1@\d!

5. Restart the phone

Problem is caused probably by empty outbound prefix and will be fixed in next version.
