I updated our server to 8.4.3 (from 8.0.2) two weeks back and now Outlook on my iPhone isn't updating any longer.

I've deleted the account on the device and re-added it but still no joy.

Any suggestions on what I should try next? Do I need to delete the app?

To be honest using Outlook for iOS is not the best idea:

One of my colleagues provided this link to another user that was having issues with Outlook for iOS and I think the article covers things nicely. I would strongly recommend that you use the built in email client on your iOS device and not user Outlook for iOS.
