I think it would be useful that you can limit the size of the local cache with Kerio Outlook Connector Offline, so that you can specify the amount of GBs to download from the server, just like the Google's Connector does (GASMO). For example, the user mailbox on the server could be 12GBs, but on the local computer the kerio conector only download the last 4 GBs.

What do you think? I have created a suggestion for this, if you think this could be usefull please vote.

You can configure the outlook connector to synchronize only headers for specific folders. http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/email-clients/keri o-outlook-connector/synchronizing-microsoft-outlook-with-ker io-connect-1467.html
You can also specify to remove attachments from email older than x days. This setting is in the account properties.
