Hi,
I think you first have to read the manuals, for basic config,
but for quick assistence

kerio control server
--------------------------

interface1/LAN/switch

ip add - 192.168.10.1 (OTHER SUBNET AS DSL router)
mask - 255.255.255.0
gateway - none
------------------------

interface2/WAN (to dsl router)
ip add - 192.168.1.1
mask - 255.255.255.0
gateway - 192.168.1.2 (DSL router)
------------------------

client pc

ip add - RANGE from 192.168.10.100 - 192.168.10.250 (config Kerio Control as DHCP and DNS server)
mask - 255.255.255.0
gateway - 192.168.10.1 (kerio control box)

The DSL modem , only connected to KERIO WAN, not to the switch.

Do I need to configure first the traffic rules to connect to internet?
or just the interfaces only?

no bridging needed,

rest just follow the setup of kerio,
after installing, just follow the quicksetup ,
first the network settings and then it will make a default setting list
