Good Day to All

I would like to ask for some ideas as to what could be the issue with our outgoing e-mails to our clients.

Our system
We use an internal rental software program called Hire Track which allows us to email invoices to our clients directly from the application, authentication and email user account settings are kept in the configuration of the application.

When an invoice is sent out in PDF, the PDF is broken down into what looks like this:

>--= Multipart Boundary 0610150903
>Content-Type: application/octet-stream;
>name="E8_InvoiceA4.pdf"
>Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
>Content-Disposition: attachment;
>filename="E8_InvoiceA4.pdf"
>
> JVBERi0xLjIgCiXi48/TIAoxIDAgb2JqIAo8PCAKL1R5cGUgL0NhdGFsb2cg Ci9QYWdlcyAy
> IDAgUiAKL1BhZ2VNb2RlIC9Vc2VOb25lIAovVmlld2VyUHJlZmVyZW5jZXMg PDwgCi9GaXRX

The email then is recompiled at the recipient end, but this does not seem to be happening.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this would happen?

Thank you

This is normal MIME formatting. What's the problem?

> JVBERi0xLjIgCiXi48/TIAoxIDAgb2JqIAo8PCAKL1R5cGUgL0NhdGFsb2cg Ci9QYWdlcyAy
> IDAgUiAKL1BhZ2VNb2RlIC9Vc2VOb25lIAovVmlld2VyUHJlZmVyZW5jZXMg PDwgCi9GaXRX

It would be helpful to get the whole email source. My guess? Hire Track software is producing emails with wrong line endings (CRLF) which are corrected by Kerio Connect to a valid empty line and moves the rest of the message into text instead of MIME body and attachment.

There is about 2000 lines of code, here is the start and end, does this help at all?
