Last days, strange behavior on kerio operator.
When forwarding a call, in display, transfer failed !!
This happened when BLF settings changed.
changed from
<sip:201<_at_>192.168.2.250;user=phone>
to
<sip:201<_at_>192.168.2.250;user=phone>|**

Any idea ?

Best regeards,

Hi!

Two questions:
Which phones do you use? (Snom?)
Do You have outgoing route with empty preffix ("..." in dialplan)?

If so try to upgrade to 2.4.0...

Plan is there for upgrading this will be tommorow.
I use SNOM 720.

I know with an empty dialplan i have to change this ;
user_dp_str{$i}$: !^sip:(.+)$|^(.+)$!sip:\1@\d!

Oooh sorry!
Forgot thet you point us to snom + empty preffix problem...

If i understand it well, you have snom 720 (i have similar 760) with configured BLF buttons for other extensions. When you receive call and want to fwd it, you press:
- transfer button
- BLF button
and then transfer fails?

It works for me, so there should be some setting which blocks it... :-/
