Hi,

Using OSX, Kerio Connect version 8.4. We use OSX Server as a Directory Server.

An employee recently got married and changed her name.

We changed her shortname and set up aliases of her old email address to forward to the new account. For various reasons she has a couple other aliases in addition (which are not used internally), so there are 5 email addresses for her in GAL.

She would like only a single email address to show up in GAL.

Is there any way to suppress the other aliases so they still forward mail, do not show up in address books?

Thanks,

ft.

Are they 'Aliases' or 'Alternate e-mail addresses'? The former are defined in the admin client under the 'aliases' menu. Alternate addresses are the ones you add to the user account properties. Aliases are not added to the GAL, Alternate addresses are.

Thanks for the helpful info.

It helped me nail down that the old/incorrect addresses were being pushed out by our directory server, not by Connect.

Thans,

ft.
