I'm trying to set up the Official Kerio Operator Softphone on an iPhone but it does not seem to register the extension. I've added the users extension to the list of auto provisioned softphones and the status will even update when I log in to the softphone with a "Last provisioned" date and time.

Currently the phone is on the same local network to the operator box, and i am using the local dns name in the Provision Url field. Does this need to be the external IP/DNS name?

The prerequisites mention a signed certificate, I have unticked the option in the softphone to require this, does this mean you can get away without a signed certificate by using this option?

Hi,

the softphone connects to the "Hostname" specified on the "Network" screen. The phone must be able to resolve the domain and it must point to the correct IP address.

Hi Filip, I've managed to get this working now but the issue I was having was that the Hostname in the Network screen needed the full dns name in there operator.domain.local (in case anyone else has this issue)

Thanks for your help
