Hi profs,

we run Kerio 8.5 on a OSX 10.6.8 Server.

Since today we have the problem of "too many simultaneous IMAP connections". The connections do NOT come from our network, but from an extern IP address from another city. It looks like someone tries to log on to our mail server.

Is there a simple way to block this IP address in Kerio?

Thanks for any ideas,
Thomas

Agree w/ ComputerBudda. Kerio Connect offers ability to block IP addresses suspected of password guessing. See http://kb.kerio.com/1439

Thanx.

The block-password-guessing-option is already checked. That doesn´t prevent the IMAP-connections from "overflow".

I´ll check the router...

(Sorry for poor English Smile )
