HI We are using Kerio Control 8.5.3 build 3469 and Kerio Control VPN Client version 8.5.3 Build 3469

We map users and groups to the Control from our Apple Mac Server AOD directory.

Prior to the Control update VPN worked for each user with appropriate permissions, since the last update we are unable to Authenticate the same users when connecting a client via vpn.

The only way to get it to work is to create a duplicate of the user in the local user database on the kero control.
this then creates duplicate user issues.

I don't want to have to create a user twice. This was working before as it should, is there a bug or an issue that we need to rectify to get this to work ?

If you edit the AD user in Kerio Control and go to tab rights, is it marked there? If not does marking it resolve your problem?

Please let me know.

All the best,
