Hello @all

First sorry for the bad english Sad
We have a problem in the conversion of a Kerio Connect Server's from OSX to Linux.
Server is running, backup is restored and the admin interface run without Probleme. adaptation and verification of connections to the directory service and the users and groups are also displayed correctly.
Now, Directory Service UserĀ“s can not login!
In the log then is as follows

users.cpp: HTTP / WebMail: Unsupported authentication type for user user<_at_>domain.de: 4. Attempt from IP address 172.20.xx.xxx

Where could the problem lie?

Change email domain settings to map users from Apple Open Directory with Kerberos authentication (not PasswordServer). And make sure your Linux is correctly configured for Kerberos authentication against Open Directory: http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/virtual-appliance- linux/joining-kerio-connect-running-on-linux-to-open-directo ry-or-active-directory-308.html#krb5conf
